About Sage

Sage is a General Psychologist with Clinical Registrar who has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology. She works from a relational that values curiosity, compassion, and safety. Sage believes that much of our emotional pain and psychological struggle stems from disruptions in attachment, challenges to belonging, and the impact of trauma. Her therapeutic approach focuses on creating a secure and supportive space where clients can explore their stories, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth. She particularly enjoys working with parents and families and has a growing interest in supporting parents during the perinatal and postnatal period. She is also passionate about working alongside neurodiverse individuals and families, drawing on her experience with ASD and ADHD across the lifespan. Sage also holds a growing interest in reproductive and hormonal health, particularly the impact of hormonal shifts on mental health and wellbeing, including PMDD, premenstrual concerns and brings a trauma-informed lens to this work, recognising how past experiences can shape the way people relate to their bodies, identities, and relationships. She values cultural humility and is committed to supporting people from diverse backgrounds, including migrants and those navigating grief, loss, life transitions and adjustment following relocation. She has a particularly strong interest in working with communities impacted by intergenerational trauma.
