About Danielle
I am a clinical psychologist (B.Psych (Hons), M.Psych (Clin), MACPA) with extensive experience providing evidence-based therapy to adults. I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and adjustment difficulties. I understand that people come to therapy for many different reasons, and often at challenging points in their lives. My aim is to offer a space that feels supportive, respectful, and tailored to you. I take the time to understand what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to be different. My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based treatments. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), depending on your needs. I work collaboratively with you to build insight, develop practical strategies, and support meaningful, lasting change, while ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease in the process. I offer in-person sessions in Bondi Junction as well as telehealth appointments.

Identifies and heals deep-rooted negative beliefs formed in childhood that drive ongoing emotional difficulties.
