About Rina

Helping People Reclaim Their Stories and Strengthen Their Lives I’m Rina Taub, a Counselling Psychologist, Narrative Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work from the belief that people are more than the problems they face. Whether someone is navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions of identity and purpose, I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where strengths, values, and hopes for the future can be rediscovered. My approach integrates Narrative Therapy, trauma-informed practice, and contemporary psychological approaches to help people build resilience, deepen connections, and move towards lives that feel meaningful and authentic. Alongside private practice, I teach, supervise, and present to psychologists and mental health professionals, with particular interests in trauma, resilience, community healing, and professional development. I feel privileged to witness the courage people bring to therapy and to walk alongside them as they create new possibilities for their lives. Counselling Psychologist | Narrative Therapist | Clinical Supervisor FCC, Australian Psychological Society | AHPRA-Endorsed Clinical Supervisor
