About Erin

Erin is a compassionate, warm, and approachable. She values honesty, balance, authenticity, and flexibility. Erin takes a person-centred approach and utilises a range of different therapies to support her clients and their individual needs. Erin utilises trauma informed practice, Relaxation and Mindfulness-based therapies and creates a safe space for LGBTQI+ folk. Erin is interested in the brain development across the lifespan and has a particular passion to work with teens. Erin likes to up-skill clients and their relevant networks and systems around them to further enhance wellbeing and ability to learn. Erin is a friendly, caring and reliable professional who strives for her clients to feel heard and understood. Formal Autism and ADHD assessments completed for under 12years old only, though she can explore these with teens and adults and make appropriate referrals, if needed.

    Addresses disordered eating patterns through structured cognitive and behavioural interventions tailored for eating disorders.

  • Exposure Therapy / ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)

    Gradually confronts feared situations or thoughts to reduce anxiety, commonly used for OCD and phobias.

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

    Improves mood by focusing on relationship issues such as grief, role changes, or interpersonal conflict.
