About Olivia

Hello, my name is Olivia (she/her). I am a clinical psychologist and I help people who are thoughtful, self-reflective, and interested in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their emotional patterns. The majority of my practice focuses on: • attachment trauma • supporting therapists • queer and neurodivergent experiences • self-compassion My clients are typically high-functioning, emotionally curious, and motivated to engage in reflective work. Over time, they commonly report feeling more self-aware, confident, and better able to respond (rather than react) to life’s challenges. My work is informed by interpersonal neurobiology (which combines attachment theory, nervous system regulation and mindfulness principles) and procedural justice theory. I am trauma-informed, gender-affirming, neuro-affirming and culturally-sensitive in my practice. Feminism: I work with people of all genders, but my intersectional feminist values stand out in my work. I acknowledge the mental health field is patriarchal and am sensitive and intentional in my work to empower women. LGBTIQA+: I use this acronym to speak about Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual, Pansexual, Brotherboys and Sistergirls, Non-Binary and Gender Non-Conforming, and other identities.
