About Tasia

My practice is rooted in a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed lens. I support individuals in embracing their full selves and reconnecting with their authentic identity. I believe each person is an expert in their own life. My role is to walk alongside you - offering tools, insight, compassionate challenge and humour (where appropriate) - as you navigate healing, growth, and change. I work with individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and neurotypes, with a deep commitment to LGBTIQA+, gender-diverse, and neurodivergent-affirming care; I am inspired to learn something new from each individual I see.
