About Grace

I invite you to be curious - curious about yourself, your inner world, and how you relate to others. My approach is flexible, warm, and open, acknowledging that is it the utmost privilege to sit with and work with you in some of your hardest, and most rewarding moments. I draw on my experience as an alcohol and drug clinician to drive my passion and belief in the importance of early intervention and positive mentorship in enabling behaviour change. After spending majority of my professional career working with forensic clients in prison, court, and community settings, I have spent countless hours with clients watching in real time how early intervention, education, and advocacy can change the trajectory of individual’s lives. When I'm not sitting with you in session, or facilitating mental health training, you can find me reading, going to gigs, completing sudoku’s, in the pilates studio, tending to my indoor plants, or spending time in nature (don’t worry, I still doom scrolls occasionally). I look forward to meeting you and supporting you through this next season of your life. (Couples/relationship therapy coming soon)
