About Julie

I’m Julie Bryant, a registered psychologist who works with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress and burnout, low self-esteem, identity and sense of self, relationship difficulties, and challenges with focus and attention. My approach is warm, collaborative and strengths-based, with therapy tailored to each person and what matters to them. I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT and DBT. I also have particular experience in women’s and perinatal mental health and eating disorders, including previous work with the Butterfly Foundation and training through COPE and the InsideOut Institute. Sessions are $225, with a Medicare rebate of $101.55 available with a Mental Health Care Plan, leaving an out-of-pocket cost of $123.45. A reduced fee of $180 is available for clients under 25, leaving an out-of-pocket cost of $78.45 after the Medicare rebate.
