About Lindsay
I work with new and expecting mums experiencing perinatal and postnatal anxiety and depression, adolescents, young adults and adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem and life transitions. Based in Bondi Junction, I draw on CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness, tailoring my approach to each person. Most importantly, I work hard to create a space where you feel safe and genuinely heard. I use a patient-centred and collaborative approach.

Identifies and changes unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours driving mental health difficulties.
DBT
Teaches emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills — especially for borderline personality disorder.
EMDR
Processes traumatic memories using guided eye movements to reduce their emotional distress.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
Improves mood by focusing on relationship issues such as grief, role changes, or interpersonal conflict.
Psychodynamic/ISDTP
Explores unconscious processes and past experiences shaping current emotional and relational patterns.
