About Nicole
Dr Nicole Sokol offers evidence-based, trauma-informed and client-centred clinical psychology services to adults. She has a special interest in supporting parents. Combining a warm, approachable style with a practical, strengths-based approach, Nicole helps clients master new skills, build resilience, and dissolve blocks in the way of their goals. Nicole brings compassionate inquiry, creative solutions, and a sense of humour to her work and offers free 15-minute calls prior to making a booking.
