About Irina
Irina is a clinical psychologist, board-approved supervisor, Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with the Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders, and EMDR accredited practitioner and full member of EMDRAA (EMDR Association of Australia). She has been supporting individuals with a diverse range of mental health concerns since 2011. Irina’s PhD is focussed on advancing the understanding and the treatment of co-existing eating disorders and trauma. Irina has a special interest in working with autistic clients, clients with attention, hyperactivity and impulsivity, and executive functioning and “self-management” challenges (ADHD), and members of the “2E” (twice-exceptional) community, which serves neurodiverse individuals who are highly intelligent/talented or gifted. Irina is an LGBTIQA+-inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed practitioner.
