About Savleen
Many people come to therapy after years of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or carrying a harsh inner critic. They may have spent years trying to change their thoughts or behaviours, yet still find themselves repeating the same struggles. I believe these patterns are rarely signs that something is wrong with you. More often, they are understandable ways your mind and body have learned to protect you in response to difficult life experiences. I am a Clinical Psychologist who believes meaningful change begins with understanding, not judgement. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique story. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, we work together to understand how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world. Together, we make sense of these patterns, heal unresolved emotional wounds, and create lasting change. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and Schema Therapy within an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach tailored to your individual needs. My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and collaborative, creating a space where you feel emotionally safe, understood, and accepted. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, people pleasing, or low self-worth, my hope is to help you build greater self-trust and emotional resilience.
