Atara Kaye is a registered psychologist. Atara enjoys working with adults (18+) experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Bulimia, Binge Eating, & coping with challenges associated with ADHD & Autism. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming & strengths-based approach, supporting clients to develop self-understanding, improve wellbeing, & build meaningful lives aligned with their values. Atara uses a variety of therapies including CBT, CBT-E, EMDR & Solution Focused Therapy.
