Throughout my career as a Clinical Psychologist and a mum to 2 young kids, I have developed a profound understanding of child development and the unique challenges that children and families face. By combining my clinical expertise with a warm and empathic approach, I aim to create a safe, supportive and collaborative environment where children and adolescents can explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviours, without judgement. ​ I believe in tailoring treatment to meet the specific needs for each child, fostering resilience and empowering them to overcome challenges and build a strong foundation for their future. With over 10 years experience in both the public and private sectors, my therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy and family systems theory. ​ With a deep sense of empathy, and an unwavering commitment to early intervention and the well-being of children, I strive to make a lasting difference in the lives of those I work with and help young individuals grow and thrive to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
