I am a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist who supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, and life transitions. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore challenges, build insight, and create meaningful change. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, I tailor therapy to each person's unique needs, helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, self-compassion, and confidence.
