About Ciaran

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a particular interest in supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional distress, and periods of disconnection or conflict. I aim to help clients better understand the patterns that shape their relationships, strengthen communication, and develop more compassionate ways of relating to themselves and others. Alongside my therapy work, I have provided expert witness testimony in complex family and relationship matters, which has deepened my understanding of relational dynamics, family systems, conflict, and emotional safety. I also have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, emotional regulation difficulties, and personality-related concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, and I aim to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and supported to make meaningful change.
