About Kaylah
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience across private practice, hospital, and university settings. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who seem to have everything under control but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck beneath the surface. I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, insomnia, eating disorders, men's mental health concerns, and life transitions. I provide evidence-based therapy that is tailored to each person's goals and circumstances. I like to balance practical strategies with curiosity about the patterns that people have developed over time, helping clients make sense of their experiences while building the confidence and skills to move forward.
