About Chantal

I'm Chantal — a registered psychologist specialising in workplace stress, burnout, midlife transitions, and the psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause. You're capable and self-aware, and you've done a lot of living. But somewhere along the way things have stopped feeling right. Maybe you're exhausted by work but can't switch off. Maybe you've hit midlife and find yourself questioning everything — your career, your relationships, your sense of self. Maybe you're holding everything together for everyone else while quietly struggling inside. That's exactly the work I do. I bring warmth, genuine curiosity, and a deep belief that understanding yourself better changes everything — at work, in your relationships, and in how you feel about your life. My approach draws on Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-Based techniques, tailored to what you actually need. I'm also a woman in midlife myself, with a multicultural background. I understand the mental load, and what it feels like to be pulled in every direction while quietly wondering if there's more. Sessions are via telehealth across Australia.
