About Kymberly

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns they can't quite make sense of. I work with adolescents, adults, veterans, first responders, and couples experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe that therapy works best when people feel genuinely understood, not judged. I aim to work with you to develop meaningful ways forward that fit your values and goals. I draw on approaches including EMDR, CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and emotion-focused strategies, tailoring treatment to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, particularly if you're used to carrying things on your own. Whether you're navigating a difficult period in life or looking to better understand yourself and your experiences, I aim to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Views the mind as made up of distinct "parts" and works to heal wounded internal subpersonalities.

Helps couples or individuals improve relationship dynamics, communication, and intimacy.

  • Schema Therapy

Identifies and heals deep-rooted negative beliefs formed in childhood that drive ongoing emotional difficulties.
