I strive to create a non judgemental space where you can explore life’s challenges, gain insight, and build practical tools for lasting change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related patterns or perfectionism, we’ll work together together to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience. I value authenticity and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful healing. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you discover your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and support you as you create a life you want. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
