About Ghada
Ghada is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults (18+) experiencing a range of mental health concerns. She is passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. Ghada works with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and low self-esteem. She has a particular interest in women's mental health and supporting women through significant life transitions, including fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, the transition to parenthood, relationship breakdown and divorce, caregiving responsibilities, and identity changes across different stages of life. She also has experience supporting women living with chronic health conditions, including endometriosis, adenomyosis, vaginismus, vulvodynia, and chronic pelvic pain, recognising the impact these experiences can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily functioning. Ghada draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. She also offers therapy in Arabic and is committed to providing culturally sensitive care for people from diverse backgrounds.
