About Warren

With over 25 years as a psychologist, I practice the regular emotional management techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR. I also use creative therapy approaches. Process oriented psychology (POP) is a method developed by Arnold Mindell that helps to find hidden strengths or wisdoms in your unconscious mind. Whilst therapy can be tough, it can be also be fun and playful. I also run Interpersonal Process Groups, developed by Irvin Yalom. They offer participants the opportunity to experience and understand yourself through the eyes of others, and to improve your relationship skills in a safe space. I practice Deep Democracy. A design technology that helps decision-making for individuals, couples and groups. My experience: -drug and alcohol and other addictions rehabilitation - hospitals - schools - youth centres - corrective services - community - in the workplace - trauma response I specialise in adolescent psychology, in workplace issues, in trauma and in addictions. My approach is focused on understanding you and helping you to understand yourself. Together we develop goals that suit you and achieve them step by step. I don't judge or label. I am imperfect. I have my own anxiety and get my own therapy. I ask for feedback and listen carefully. I try my best to meet your needs. I see adolescents, families, adults and couples.
