About David

If you’re lying awake after another argument, wondering how your relationship ended up here, you’re not alone. Many people feel like housemates, struggle with conflict, or are trying to rebuild after betrayal or emotional disconnection. David is a Registered Psychologist and Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist with over 30 years of experience. He supports adults experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that can feel hard to change and that impact daily life and relationships. His approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing on the Gottman Method and other psychological frameworks to help you understand what is happening in your relationships, improve communication, and create meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs and focus on building clarity, emotional awareness, and more connected relationships.
