About Mili

Hello, my name is Mili (she/her). I am a clinical psychologist and I help adults to safely explore difficult or unspoken aspects of their lives, understand themselves more deeply, and reconnect with their values. The majority of my practice focuses on: - anxiety and depression - trauma - obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) - life transitions - academic stress Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They may be seeking relief from distress, a better understanding of themselves, or a way to move forward when things feel uncertain. Over time, clients often develop a stronger, more compassionate sense-of-self, improved emotional regulation, and greater confidence in navigating relationships and life decisions.

  • ACT

Builds psychological flexibility by accepting difficult thoughts and committing to value-driven actions.

  • CBT

Identifies and changes unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours driving mental health difficulties.

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

Cultivates self-compassion to reduce shame and self-criticism, often for those with high levels of self-blame.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Strengthens emotional bonds in couples and individuals by identifying and restructuring emotional responses.

  • Exposure Therapy / ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)

Gradually confronts feared situations or thoughts to reduce anxiety, commonly used for OCD and phobias.

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

Improves mood by focusing on relationship issues such as grief, role changes, or interpersonal conflict.

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

Combines mindfulness meditation with CBT to prevent depression relapse by shifting awareness of thought patterns.

  • Schema Therapy

Identifies and heals deep-rooted negative beliefs formed in childhood that drive ongoing emotional difficulties.
